SF thammi, I agree. But based on that link, it looks like it is not compliant to the 4K UHD requirements, but the actual difference is hardly noticeable.
Ippudu unna content ki, unless if you are a hardcore gamer, I don't think you will notice the difference.
I am not supporting LG. These are shady tactics but manam choose content ki I think we can live with these "deal" tvs  |

I did some research....you can definitely buy 4k if it comes for cheap price. $999 for 65inch is very good price. Also if you watch it from 10 feet you can get max benefit of it. Out couch is about 12 feet away. I think its a good option for me at least. 4K content deliver avvalante chaala time paduthundhi appatiki OLED may be cheaper.

long story short, LG 4k UHD doesnt comply with Consumer Electronics Association’s (CEA’s) terminology for 4K Ultra HD minimum performance attributes.
LG acknowledges that but had no intentions to make it right.

infact any tv advertised as 4k is not yet ready for full performance until HDCP 2.2 is implemented. (which is not backward compatible?). any money spent on 4k might be obselete by the time full blown 4k support is introduced. experts suggestion is to go with 1080p OLED than 4kUHD
