GC 485 approval ki compulsory interview paduddi..you just have to show the proof that you went to court and dealt through lawyers.. Keep all the evidence that court gives you when you fight it through lawyers..
First step, approach a very good DWI lawyer that also has immigration knowledge.. |

In some states DWI is more serious offense than DUI. These are differentiated by the content of alcohol than the tolerance limit defined by the state.
Lawyer is only option to get out of this and to ensure this will not be classified moral offense that will impact GC.
Since this is your first offense, things should be fine and should not impact GC. Mostly depends upon the states as some consider it as serious some not so serious. Lawyer will ensure you will be out with minimum impact.
Also in future you might have to list this wherever asked. If you say no, then it might impact few things. so need to be careful.
