NTR's Janatha Garage is yet to start rolling but the film’s business is more or less closed already. Buyers are blindly trusting the capabilities of director Koratala Siva that Mythri Movie Makers are into safe zone even before the film has gone on to the sets.
Janatha Garage is setting records for an NTR film in terms of pre release business.
As per latest reports from the trade, Janatha Garage has set a new record in Kerala as the Malayalam rights of this film were sold for 4.2 crore. This is sensational as it fetched more than Baahubali Malayalam rights. Baahubali was sold for 3.25 crore and went on to collect over 14 crore in Kerala.
Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is one of the main reasons for this craze over Janatha Garage. Mohanlal is playing a very important role in the movie which is believed to be one of the major highlights of the film.
Trade is expecting Janatha Garage to be in all time top 5 hits going by its pre release business stats. |
