If you have expensive HOA, they will cover the security monitoring for free. Installation should be done on your own.
The primary number to call in case of breach will be linked to local patrol office that is paid by HOA. Check that option in your community. |

Canada lo kooda nenu ADT using. Maaku free install chesadu as my home pre-wired by the builder. Am not happy with their service. Looking to move to my cable company.
Am pissed off when they told me that they will contact me only if there is no signal from my house in a week's time (this is in case the system installed is not working or disconnected from Internet).

ADT Pulse (ie with Mobile App) comes to $ 52/month that includes taxes as well...you need to commit for a 3 year contract...
ee security systems selling lo chaala fraud/cost hike untundi NSK bro...just be careful...the first time they set you up with sensors and motion detectors, they try to upsell you lot of stuff and this is where they make money...malli oka company sensors will not work with other ani cheppi they try to rob you again while switching...
when ADT came to my home, they started with some 3.5k estimate inspite of me having home security wiring pre-installed...they said wiring might go wrong anytime, the wired sensors don't sense vibrations etc etc...after 3-4 hr bargaining, they came to some $900 for installing glass breakage sensors plus two motion detectors...whole process was very tedious and irritating...so when u get a cost estimate, get the whole thing, not just the monthly fees, get for onetime setup too...car dealership maadiri you can bargain a lot.. |
