100% sure abt fermented stuff .. cos i ate Idli for 2-3 months, avoided Dosa, oil unnadani.. but gained weight, doc ani kochening cheste - ee point confirmed. Skipping bfast is even worst, it causes acidity,gas troubles down the line.. and the body becomes weak anattlu .. bfast > lunch > dinner - in decreasing potions is wat is adviced... fruits koda, execessive tinte kashtam .. cos lots of fructose, in the end might end up incr ur blood glucose levels.. basically, regular trainer + doc combo unte .. health maintain cheyagalam, vallu mana $ pindite kani manam bagu padam annatlu .. |

I have been telling in various DBs for more than a decade. Even if you think that I am Chadastam type, I don't care. My advise JUST SKIP BREAK FAST unless you already have health issues and need to take one. STOP milk at any cost. You are drinking just white poison. I stopped taking my break fast 25 years ago and I don't have any health issues even now. |
