Step 6: once your account is created you should see 50K points in achievements section. Be careful to enter the referral code. If you miss you wont get the bonus.

Step 8: repeat step 2 to 7 for remaining lines.

remember you can get only 10 referral credits per line per a year. So keep the count how many are your referring.

Once you complete this. you will have 250K point ($125) for line 1.

and remaining lines you will have 50K points ($25) each.

Everything is done online once you have both TMo & Cricket SIM kits

Activate TMo kit: http://prepaid-phones.t-mobile.com/prepaid-activate
- submit your AT&T info for number port (make sure its correct)
- select $3/month pay go prepaid plan
- you can close browser on the very last activation page where it asks you to add money if you don't want to use TMo service

AT&T service for that line should stop working within an hour if port when through (you entered correct AT&T port info) -- wait a few hrs after that before porting again to Cricket

My case 4 lines with ATT.

purchased 5 tmobile sims = $25
purchased 5 cricket sims = $50

Ported to Tmobile @ 8 PM. didn't add any money. Make sure you create a new online account in tmobile for easy port to cricket.

Ported to Cricket next day morning (3 to 4 hours gap is advisable) - with little glitches but finally by 12 PM all lines are started working.
