If you prefer cellular based, here is the conclusion...

no one can give you better than $25/month for interactive monitoring service and equipment cost is yours....SimplySafe, GeoArm, Alamrely comes into this category.

other Companies like like FrontPoint, Live Watch etc charge very less upfront cost but their montly service fee higher.

Why don't you check Live Watch theirs is little better than Front Point.

If you want voip/internet based monitoring service, other 2 are cheaper option. If you want Cellular based monitoring service, all 3 are at the same price. If Alarmrelay or GeoArm supports your existing voip/internet based system then go with them. They only charge $8-13.

I just talked to this company,.They are 45/- a month with the upfront cost of $100/-. i did not like it because of 3 years contract with high monitoring fee.I am leanign towards geoarm. I did not see any products in alarmrealy and do not know how and where to buy their compatible products.

I just realized this after reading your post here.Actually,Simplysafe is a bit expensive comparing to other two.I am not sure how easy there are to install the system.I need to look more into that tonight.

please discard my earlier post. All of these three are the best options and they all charge around $25/month for Cellular based monitoring service with Interactive option (meaning you will get a mobile app). Only downside with Simplysafe is their systems are proprietary and you can not use them if you want to move to some other service provider. Both Alarmrelay and Geoarm systems are gereric systems like GE, Honeywell etc...

The problem with Simlysafe is, their systems are proprietary and you can't use their systems when you move to a different provider. Also their Wireless monitoring with App in the phone will cost close to $25 which is bit expensive than Alarmrelay and GeoArm.
