Hyd is still affordable. Rents avi decent gane vuntayi (less compared to Banglore, much higher than vjy/Gnt). Appreciation VJy/Gnt antha vundakapovacchu. But it all depends on how they can bring new companies to the CRDA. may be vjy/gnt hugh risk, but growth kooda alane vundocchu... |

Is it for Investment or for living brother? For living ayithey no 2nd thoughts don't compromise. Investment kosam ayithey keep options open - you don't have to necessarily look for houses in Hyd only.
Personally I benefited a lot investing in Guntur than in Hyd
