best varieties for juices is from the vine varities.Theega ki kaasevi.
second preference is chetlaku kaasevi. bhumi kinda pandevi nishidham..
mixing kuaa ade orde rlo cheyyaali.more number of vine fruits and a bit of tree fruits and no under the groud fruits or veggies.. |

while mixing juice blends, first you got to categorize the fruits and veggies as per the the vaat,kapha and pitha increasing qualities and nee dto mix them as per the ature of the body.Kanai, intha sidhaatham and raadhaantham andariki theliyadu kaabatti, konni simple and safe rules follow avamani cheppaaru.
(1)citra juice should be taken very moderately( I think 8 drops of lemon/lime juice)
(2)Fruits or veggies grown under the ground like carrots, potatoes etc should be avoided and they are not suitable to make juice. Even the mother nature gives more fibre and pulp than the juice for these varieties. |
