based on a quick screener on TD, they have 30% debt to capital ratio against industry average of around 26.5%
here are the tidbits:
EPS growth at UAA is below the industry average, and worse, is declining. The most recent EPS was $0.39, a decrease of -62.36% over the previous year.
Investors have high growth expectations for UAA given its PE ratio of 51.67, among the highest in the Apparel & Accessories industry. Analysts do not believe the company warrants the high valuation with a lower forward PE ratio of 47.75.
UAA has a ROE below the Apparel/Accessories industry average. Breaking down the ROE, UAA has a profit margin of 4.81%, an asset turnover of 144.07 and leverage of 1.77.

Here are my thoughts -
1) Atleast has 1 yr history, so good
2) hasnt had much volatility
3) I see nice pockets of trading at 40-30-now 20. We are almost at 52 week lows.
4) Biz ? need to analyse more,read specifics but till last week seems analysts downgraded it for watever their reasons.
For a long term play, if you really want to reap benefits - you should be a contrarian. i.e Looks to Buy cheap, invest in Value. Hence i think UAA neednt be short term play, but Buy&Hold with accumlation around specific price levels. Hope i make sense. |

Google seems like has a strong desi gang. Alphabet intwed at our campus, i intwed for 2 rounds, pretty straightforward. The Alphabet parent company wants to know diversify into many other fields.
Specifically they were looking for Financial Analysts+Technology backgrnd. Desi intwed 2nd round was jovial, they hav so much liquid cash that they want to just buy TSY and make money. Not speculate, derivatives etc.. he said i am kind of too old/qualified to suit the job so workout kaaledu.. |

I have been in this mess, with wrong attitude for long. Ninnane broker gadu last yr PNL statement sudden ga pampadu..and it was depressing.
Typically, with being cautious we loose out on say 5 X 2% oppurtunities. But with such caution we do escape 1 X 10% trap. Adi mukhyam in the long run. Also we didnt enter 6 X transaction costs .. idanta chuste we can have mental peace, not dream of overnight returns and be in the marketplace for long run. |

-- IPOs get gathered by bunch of participants, Market Makers, Insiders, Retail folks. You for sure donno whats the distribution amongst the 3. MM typically have holding periods. Insiders may retain for long. Retail folks r mostly Noise - Could be waiting for quick bucks/trends etc
-- You dont have history or levels to watch. You cant do any trend analysis.
So this way, you do loose out on the initial 1 yr noise on IPO. But then, if you are really instrested, fundamental is the only way to do SNAP. like wats business model. Wats funding. Wats the revenue projections, corp goverance ivanni.. hope i make sense. |

Insider trading only tells you CXO sold xxx shares etc. It never tells you WHEN the shares were issued / how they were issued.
Also to my knowledge its disclosed to public after the fact. Regulators are informed before, but made public after the sale. So manaku aa information useless. |

on top of that what TSLA does with electric cars is not a rocket science. any other auto manufacturer can replicate it very easily, there is not much IP involved in this space. the range is the question right now. once the storage technology gets through the next barrier or a new battery technology arrives, then most of the industry will retool. in the long run electric car may win the race (say in the next 15 to 20 years) but I don't think TSLA will have monopoly in that space.
