fish was also recommended. Basically pure vegs ki long run lo Protein deficiency risk untundata... and egg whites, Fish are good resource ani prescribed.

But egg,wine is ok.. fish smell na valla kaadu..

Family has history of BP, Diabetes so wine 'supposedly' is good for that..

I think paneer tikka, paneer masala good anukunta. pachimirapakaya bajjilu kooda baagane vuntayi, though I never tried with wine. Bajjilu beer combination bhesugga vuntundi. pesara garelu (like masala pakodi) kooda baavundochu. normally only veg + wine neneppudu try cheyaledu. few varieties lo veg oka portion anthe. also it's not my dept., I only provide inspiration to cook :-)

manaku gobi/paneer/mushroom manchurian offered typically.. that too these Bangalore pubs make it very bland. So i kind of avoid it .. but it mostly backfires on my career. Like Brits are very particular about these Drink&Chips parties ... we had regular visitors and i couldnt capitalise on these oppurtunities..

Konni wines lo sulfite kalaparu and natural gaa alcohol generate avuthundi like Frey etc..There may be many brands out in the market.But, i used to drink Frey brand.Problem yenti ante oka saari open chesinaaka bottle finish cheyyaali.naakemo okka glass kante thaagalenu.anduke yeppudanna occasional gaa 181 ml sample vi yevo local brands kontaanu. Just one time use ki.

I never ever drink wine without proper food. maa intlo parties or even small gatherings ki kooda, I only offer wine if there is right combination of food. Otherwise, scotch and beer.. I don't drink scotch, only for guests annattu.

Drink "thagatam", "enjoy" cheyatam completely different. I prefer the latter.

point noted, its also the case that when we go out on firm parties i dont drink so mostly avoid the parties. I was given strong feedback to atleast be 'social drinking' else will loose out on networking..

Well, coffee isnt good due to caffeine content.. i personally experienced excess ga coffee tagi it started to giv me kind of addiction feeling, with mild headaches etc.. so slowly moved to tea.

Wine isnt healthy ? pure hype antara.. its natural rite with red grapes, preservatives etc.. once i finish course, research chesta wine making meeda kuda and then attend wine tasting...

costco got very good selection with better prices. But, not all the states are allowed to sell liquor in the retail/grocery stores.Example;Pennsylvania.You got to buy only through govt operated stores called'wine and spirits' until this year January.
