VTR,DOC,EPR machukki chustuna. They have regular dividend income and a bit of growth as well. So if start of the investment account .. indulo pedite potundemo .. ikkada teeskunara evaraina REITs ? They should give you regular Divs.

In the next four months if the stock recovers it should be a five-bagger. And if the underlying can't hold at $54 then i will bail out (no doubt at a loss but hopefully not a huge loss).

retail lo LULU still holding decent, and PVH going strong. unbelievable.

i liquidated my ira last week. sold LB for a big loss. and RDY as well. will have to rethink IRA allocations, may be will try aggressive trading next time with hedge in options
