Like ' different ways of cleaning the dirty beaches' etc and the chief reporter thinks that this topic will not appeal to the readers, it will be trashed.No matter how much time and afford you put on that. You can not even complaint on anybody. |

About contributors in local editions: " electric shock tho nalla gedha( buffalo) mrithi " ani raise vaartha ku " Dr.Swaminathan tho interview" ki same payment. Because they pay few paisa per word. They don't care about the quality of the content. |

Not sure how they are paying now though.. But, it is demand and supply situation. Parama kakkurthi and penta news paper on thosedays in terms of salary and respect to the journalists.
Example: digital cameras were not in the market at that time and Eenadu can not provide still photographers to all the journalists. If the reporter gets his own photos, they pay for the photograph if they like it. But, the reporter already paid to develop the print. Still, they don't pay the money and he is not allowed to sell to another news paper. Who will get motivated to sincerely work even though they got the passion to work for. |

He understood and told me that it's due to lack of control and decentralization. everyone is writing whatever they want and they don't have resources to check everything like they used to earlier. Even ramoji mentioned to people to control this madness I believe.
Certain points I made are translating company names (facebook example), outer ring road ni evadiki aradham kaani bhasha loki translate cheyatam etc. He agreed completely and said he will try to take corrective actions.
