420:Yes .. but , I am able to get rid 1.5 Kg a week , with 500-800 Calorie intake a day with only 20 gms of Carbs , 30-40 gms of fat and eggs .Supported by 7 hours of cardio / power lifting per week with a total burn of 4000 calories.. Phase 1 : 5 weeks I managed to loose 6+ kilos Phase 2 : 5 Weeks my aim 7 kilos , but if I manage 5-6 kilos . I will be very happy
