Do no give up , when you hit the plateu .. do internment fasting , eat 50gms of dark 75% Coca Chocolate over the day (check the label , carbs / sugars should be less than 25gms per 100 gms).

lower the salt intake , do heavy breathing exercises .. body will start eliminating fat as Co2 and H2O . Plateau will disappear in 2 days ...

Yes .. but , I am able to get rid 1.5 Kg a week , with 500-800 Calorie intake a day with only 20 gms of Carbs , 30-40 gms of fat and eggs .Supported by 7 hours of cardio / power lifting per week with a total burn of 4000 calories..

Phase 1 : 5 weeks I managed to loose 6+ kilos
Phase 2 : 5 Weeks my aim 7 kilos , but if I manage 5-6 kilos . I will be very happy




I am thinking the same way 420 bro...2 to 2.5 lbs per week looks reasonable....targeting 8 to 9 lbs per month which equals to 4 kgs per month...

The trick is , you stop eating at 14.00 and fast until next day 6 inthe morning . 14 hours intermenent fasting over 24 hours.

with so much 40-gms of fat your satiety levels are high , you just do not feel hunrgy . Keep driking tea or Bullet Coffee or plain water.

Yes .. but , I am able to get rid 1.5 Kg a week , with 500-800 Calorie intake a day with only 20 gms of Carbs , 30-40 gms of fat and eggs .Supported by 7 hours of cardio / power lifting per week with a total burn of 4000 calories..

Phase 1 : 5 weeks I managed to loose 6+ kilos
Phase 2 : 5 Weeks my aim 7 kilos , but if I manage 5-6 kilos . I will be very happy
