What do you folks think about Telugu states grabbing top spot (One of the top spots) w.r.to contribution towards "Science & Technology" among all the states in India?

IIT top 100 lo eppudu 20 ranks vasthayi, Total seats lo 25 to 30% seats telugu vallavey untayi. Inka State wide Engineering & Medical colleges gurinchi cheppakkarledu.
