As i mentioned earlier, We ( For my Startup ) have plans to expand during "End of Year 2018/ Starting of Year 2019" after V1 release of our app. Till then, we are working out of our home.
Of course it may not be as big as "dormitories & garages" of some of the big companies that we see today, but It's decent enough. Are you interested?
My friend's startup already has "office space & some people" working for it. They have already released one of the apps in Google PlayStore.

I was responding to the article in current thread and wanted to clarify about reality =>
I am trying to get couple of people to help with my business and it's been really difficult to get Human Resources.
And I am also trying get decent job ( to work along with like minded people ), and seems like am over-qualified for lots of jobs.
So i am left alone to myself fighting it out with my "google based startup"  .
Perception's always different from Reality.
Unless you are targeted by some of the most influential folks, people are getting what they "deserve & want" and are all enjoying their life  .
I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang.

No one wants to work hard. There are dime a dozen jobs but most of the people wants 10-4 governments type job.

Well, It depends on the candidate.
Engineering? Comp Science?
If he's good enough, I'll make him co-founder of my google based startup (We are into fin-tech mobile application development), or may hire him into either my startup or my friend's startup. We are targeting to launch our V1 product by "End of year 2018/Early phases of 2019" ( And have plans to expand during that time ).
If he's okay dokay, i can train him ( by teaching, guiding & mentoring depending on his interest levels ) to be good software engineer and if he turns out to be good, i should be able to hire him based on aspects mentioned above.
If He's not from software background, I can find other positions (Based on his eligibility) in some of the businesses that we are currently planning for.
