It works the other way too. For businesses to invest, air connectivity is an important factor. That's why CBN and govt encouraged flights to Singapore and Dubai etc |

Airlines fly to a place when there is money to be made. Business travel unna places lo, they make money by having corporate accounts. Charlotte and Seattle are such examples. They have direct flights to rest of country, but expensive compared to other airports. Corporates pay for business travel, and that helps keep the route
regular economy flyers nunchi vache economy class money is less, and if they are not of a sizeable critical mass, the route is ineffective. You'll then get limited service or no service
