Just compare to US
People have social responsibility and that is the reason Govt makes sure it doesn't mess up with common man interests.
In US vaccine is distributed free - just because
people pay the prop tax, income tax and sales taxes above all they have a very high social responsibility in-spite of being a big country.
In India Govt is buying the vaccine from the manufacturers at Rs 150/- and selling to States Govt's for Rs 400/-

Blaming Govt for everything is very easy.
Janta need to wake up and be accountable for everything in Bharat.
Janta need to blame themselves for everything.
Do they have social responsibility ?
Are they not responsible for the pollution?
Are they not responsible for the corruption?
Do they pay income tax honestly ?
Do they vote honestly ?
Then how can they expect everything to work correctly when people themselves don't do their due diligence properly?
What is Govt - Is is not people ?
Whatever you invest is what you get in returns
with addition to it?
That is what people are getting in India or any third world country.
