US lo many states already have own medical care programs kada. all bills paid by state programs. eligibility depends on few things but it will workout for many 80% of the cost.
Dems are already crying on Trump for giving Texas more funds to cover their own medical program for uninsured. Trump did this because Texas has largest uninsured people in US. So to give more funds is basic humanity.

Having good healthcare facilities is a must when you grow old. Tier 2, 3 cities lo healthcare is worst.
After travelling to Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore I feel Hyderabad rocks in every aspect.
I recommend everyone to have a backup place in Hyderabad. And it is the only place I recommend in India.
Also if you like to explore travel Mahindra Resorts membership lantivi good. The prices used to be very low years ago.

It’s already expensive mana valla kaademo anukunevaadini but this entire system screwed up and people like me with no influence won’t survive ani clarity vachndi.
