So seems like he will end the career abruptly, the year is varying by 4 years. I think PVNR said until 2021 September he has tough time, but will get better after that. He also said there is impact will be Sept 2022 - Sept 2023, but he didnt predict something that he might quit.

Accurate gaa teliyadu, thats why he does calibrate the time of birth based on past life events and gets the closest one.
PVNR gets the leaders birth date data info from reliable sources, And once he feels confident about that date after calibration, then only he predicts, else he will decline saying he doesn't have the accurate data.
He doesn't do personal astrological analysis, he does out of his interest not to earn money, so he doesnt tell for persons unless its critical.
