As soon as Trump gone, Newsome released they haave budget surplus as excess tax revenue coming in saying record profits from stock markets and royalties. So newsome gave monthly cash back allowance to CA Residents to get good image for Dems in that state. this gimmick is purely for Dems surviving in elections.
Not sure how this guy survived recall election. still surprises me. looks like Andhra people are better than CA peope.
