BTW, Darren Bro, Why don't you start building an apartment complex with "Co-Working Office Space Facility".
Ofcourse, It's patentable idea by UrbanRise, Not sure if such a Gated Community exists already.
You may have to shell out some licensing fee to them, if they have the Patent.
