But those companies are not doing well. Like Swiggy, Zomato and all.. ALso so many delivery challenges.
What I heard is the quantity and cost on swiggy/zomato will be different to what one gets in restaurant. Like less quantity and more cost
But people are just dont want to move out of their home and go to restaurant. And the reason is traffic

swiggy is full of ghost kitchens. You pay for the brand name and you think you are getting offers, but what you are getting is sub-standard taste
price point is low and vaadu deliver chestadu anesi order chestaru. You wouldn't order anything like that if you were in the restaurant |

Covid valla most of the IT guys are doing multiple jobs earning left and right.
Also with salaries and attrition rate, people are getting minimum 2 lakhs per month ( 2 jobs ) and in some cases even more.
So What I saw is people are living out of swiggy not cooking at home and enjoying food right at the home delivered. even tea is getting delivered.

Two different Hyderabads. Financial district side is good but other parts are not so good. Traffic as usual worst. I spent 3 weeks recently in August. Real estate konchem slow ayindi annaru. Overall ga very expensive. But of course people with all levels of income are surviving. I don’t know where people are getting money but noticed people are spending (at least in the circle I know) like crazy. Inflation is rampant and but rich people are enjoying life. |

ECIL to Chandanagar maa anna gaaniki 3.5 hrs pattindi and that too sunday. Denemma ademi vooru ademi traffic. Ofcourse malls are good a d food is awesome. But living there might be tough. And that too job ante... inkaa challenging. Emanna business undi, nee working hours nee control lo undi, monthly oka 2-3 lakhs cash flow unte... think cheyyo hu |

People spending like crazy.

covid entirely different thing bro....too many cases and yes medical mafia was there...in home care was cheap offered by some. But hospitals lo pindesaaru..also too many patients didn't help

Moulali ki oka 2 kms daggara ninna evado pampadu naaku, 2 story building in 216 sqyards house is asking 1.86 crores.
Recently my friend bought an apartment near hightech city for 2.2 crores.
Apartments in prime area lo 1 crore ki 2 bedroom kooda ravatam ledu.
Not sure what changed but past 2 years lo real estate is out of reach.
Nallakunta area lo 2 bedroom apartment is 1.10 crores 1200 sqft.
Inka traffic is just not manageable.
Metro is fine, but going to metro and from there to destination is another night mare.
Anyways my recent experience with Hyd was first time very unpleasant.
Except restaurants and food, there is nothing to boast at this time.

Inka gachibowli side is like new usa...youth enjoying like crazy....I just loved the place. Schools kooda super annaru.june 20th on wards superb weather in Hyderabad....

10 minutes varsham padite, aa ORR lo mana pani finished. Edi gunta no, edi road o teliyadu, and 20 minute drive becomes a 2 hr nightmare |

Short term lo Hyd bagane untundi based on the area you went. But just get into traffic its a nightmare. Patancheru to DSNR by car took 4 hours. And then june lo it was worst. weather was just horrible. 2 lakhs is no where enough for the kind of lifestyle and cost of living. Mainly if you dont have a own house/flat and a car.

I think there's 2 parts of Hyd. Khairatabad nunchi jubilee hills/kukatpally antha okati
nampally nunchi dilsukhnagar side, basheer bagh, rtc cross roads etc unte pedda waste. Small towns 100x better vati kante |

Awesome food,terrific malls,nice metro,great weather,good infra...Hyderabad is just terrific...r2i very easy if you have a paid home near gachibowli, a decent car and earn 2lacs cash per month |
