Get your bloodwork done every year without fail...naa wife vaalla father ki Diabetis undhi...last yr bloodwork lo konchem level highundindhi wife ki,ante still 10pts down the high number...but doctor 6 months ki oka saari suregaa check cheskomani cheppaadu...we have to keep monitoring closely if our parents have... |

PDIO right now i am focussing on CARDIO..which helps to cut down belly also.. 150 pounds target weight.. my tri gylcerides were high 320 during last check up.. mallee ee month end inko checkup undhi tharuvaatha strength building chesthaa three mnths.. last quarter of the year will be lazy with holidays etc |

Last week maa corp challenge lo 5K ni 30 mins lo finish chesaa.. of course first vachina vadu 22 mins.. I bought new saucony hurricane 14 shoes chaala comfort gaa unnai.. Next steps: 1.oka scholls shoe pad and knee pad konaali... 2.Galaxy III preorder chesaa.. inkaa non stop music while running .. maanchi head phones konaali 3. NIke plus app install cheyyaali 4. water bottle holder and heart rate monitor
