If there is a failure on the scheduler Upgrade - how can it erase the data? if the upgrade to CA-7 is happening how the heck bactch jobs will run and erase the data? At the most they will lose the JHS (Job History), they will not lose the data!

What really happened: RBS IT guys in UK created and tested the script to do the upgrade and sent it to HYD office to execute it. The person in HYD was only executing it as per the instructions, so he is no way in any fault. This is the reason that RBS is thinking of going after CA for providing faulty scripts
