change for the sake of change or disruptive change.
nokia is pushed to jump on high margin smartphone bandwagon. it may not have a gameplan on how it would beat the competition like apple samsung.
likewise, if we are pushed to change cbn, then it serves the opposition and also bring in a new leader and org structure without any grooming to beat competition.

Pests like Nani will flicker for a while and die a slow death.When they die , they create nasty smoke and smell.Exactly Nani is doing the same . People's memory is short
TDP under CBN have resisted YSR and his cronies and with success have exposed many scams and helped bang in few people behind bars. Success does not come overnight , you have to fail some time before you hit the mark . CBN is going thru tough times , lots can happen in 24 months .

1) success to opposition
2) not so well thought through strategy

do exactly the opposite of what your enemy wants you to do.
cong/ysrcp have been trying to engineer a leadership struggle in tdp for a long time. precisely speaking since the death of ysr- they have some reasons why they are not comfortable with babu. explore that. tdp fans must not fall in the trap and act opposite to what opposition expects.
of course we need a succession plan in tdp, but we will do it at our own pace.
