Gochesh 50k hike is not normal in any kind of scenario. Next time edainaa issue aithe your friend will be the first one to go. I have seen many cases. Ippudu +ves gurinchi alochinchatam too late I think. Ippudu unna criticality taggite salary cut cheyyaranna guarantee ledu.

ok guys, katha kanchi ki cherindhi....madhyaannam maa vodi current company owner call chesi ilaa evaru work cheyyatledhu baasu mana company lo unna vaallu,nuvvelli pothe memu moosukovaali ani almost kalla neellu ettukunentha pani chesthe manodu maanavathaa drukpadam tho ilaati critical situation lo mimmalni vadalatam naaku ishtam ledhu...continue avuthaanu ani seppaadu...salary kooda antha akkarledhu...oka 120k ivvandi ani seppaadu  ...plus naa responsibilities lo konni changes kaavali,I dont want to take so much load as i am doing now ani cheppaadu...current company vaallu very happy..kottha company ki call chesi join avvatledhu ani chebithe vaallu you are putting your future at risk...you might not be able to join our company again in future...we store everything in database ani cheppaaru...

Annai.. almost 2k difference ostadi kada everymonth after taxes and all .. its cool kada patha job ki pothe.. kani question endanta.. ee pani ayyipoyaka peekese chance unda leka pothe ..light annai .. he can go back anipistondi.. but if he has crazy hours like morning 9 to night 8.. ala aithey mathram.. 2k is not worth it..

ika career growth ante the current company has no hierarchy anything...just developer,CEO type...so enni years chesinaa he will still be the technical guy doing coding...adhe new company aithe he can progress career wise...manager,sr manager,director etc...
