420:PR is a Saw mill owner , PR goes lip's smacking everytime he comes across a tree . He can only see dollars by cutting it down and selling it out for wood . But his wife Seetamma is god fearing lady , who does puja 24 x7. And she plants a flowering plant (Seremaale Chetu) when the Veny and Mahesh are small. So this flowering plant is like a 3rd kid to her. But PR being PR the saw mill owner aka tree killer has his eye on that flowering tree. How Seetama converts this Hard-wood hearted PR in the end to become a tree lover forms the crux of the story.. with lots of twists and turns.Also lots of social messages on Organ donations etc etc

Also I have more outside Info . In the movie ..

Praveen:First half very good entertaining with Babu rocking comedy-- First half is totally dominated by babu.. Venky's role comes into prominence towards the end of the second half..
Second half is a tear jerker with too much senti targetted for ladies...
