The pictures of popular hero Ram Charan Teja’s body guards bashing up two techies for coming in the way of the actor due to a traffic snarl created a lot of sensation in the media and social networking sites.
But it remained a mystery as to how who had taken the pictures and how they got circulated in the media. Inquiries revealed that the entire ugly episode displaying the highhanded behaviour of Ram Charan Teja was caught on camera by a woman reporter of a Telugu television channel, who was on her way to the office a couple of kilometres away. Apart from shooting the episode, her associate also clicked a few photographs.
However, Ram Charan noticed the woman scribe of the channel shooting the incident. He immediately called up his uncle Allu Aravind, who informed the same to a Congress leader who apparently has a high stake in the channel. Both Aravind and the Congress leader went to the channel office within minutes and seized the video footage before it was telecast on the channel.
The Congress leader pulled up the girl, instead of appreciating her presence of mind, and took away the cassette. However, they were not bothered about enquiring about the photographs clicked by her colleague. And by evening, the photographs went viral on the internet and that was how they appeared in the dailies the following day.
Now, the Congress leader, who is said to be closer to Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, kept the video footage with himself. May be, he might use the same at an appropriate time to embarrass Ram Charan’s father and union minister K Chiranjeevi if the latter tries to pull the carpet from the under the feet of Kiran in future!
