as a captain of indian team he has absolutely nothing to do with the spot fixing scandal. he is in no way obliged to answer those. common sense wud say not pester him again and again to comment when he already told once that he wont answer this yet. kinda postlalo already chala scenarios and examples iccha choodu. like boards fining players for tweets and unsanctioned comments, etc.
