These days I have noticed that most of the projects here in our part of world like to follow Agile approach for some the following reasons
- Can get a high level view on the project in no time, just having a look at a Task board - be it on JIRA or on the wall
- Team culture will grow ... obviously Team work and team spirit -- It just boosts the morale of the members
- Retrospective meetings & Iteration goals give a good road map to achieve the objectives |

My understanding of advantages of scrum is, visibility, gap analysis, estimates. Daily scrum meeting ante chacchinattu developers work chestaaru. Its more like micro management. Good for project, bad for lazy fellas like me ;) |
