We are in $V and $CELG ER Plays. $V will be 230+ after market opens, we are holding 225C.

i want to capture the audience. reason for the site, when i am posting my weekly wrap ups/charts of my weekly option picks in sites except twitter and fb all other sites are deleting it, and twitter and fb are not exclusive stock related sites. |

i am planning to build a site for stocks specific to tweet about any stock. i have a domain ready for this stocktweets.org
requirements:
n number of stock tickers possible.each ticker should create a seperate page for people to talk about it.
n number of users will post on that ticker
ticker= should be only related to nasdaq stocks over 2-3$ range
site has to have streaming thread where all posts related to any stock will be posted in common stream but all posts on a particular ticker has to appear in a page dedicated to that ticker.
each ticker should get the latest price action on that ticker during market hours
follow fucntionality-users can follow other users.
private messaging to users.
to prepare this site let me know the time and money is reasonable to spend to complete the project.
