👉జనసేన అధినేత పవన్ కల్యాణ్.. ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమ విషయంలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీదే తప్పు అని చెప్పేందుకు పవన్ కల్యాణ్ అడ్డగోలు వాదన వినిపించడం ప్రారంభించారు. జిందాల్ స్టీల్ కంపెనీ.. ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమ స్థాపించడానికి వస్తే తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ నేతలు అడ్డుకున్నారని విమర్శించారు. ఈ విషయం పవన్ కల్యాణ్కు జిందాల్ చెప్పారో.. దారిన పాయే దానయ్య చెప్పారో కానీ.. అసలు విషయం మాత్రం… అందిరకీ తెలుసు. ముఖ్యంగా కడప జిల్లా వాసులకు తెలుసు. కడపకు స్టీల్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ రాకుండా.. అడ్డుకుని.. ఆ పేరుతో కడప జిల్లాలనే దోపిడీ చేయాలనుకుంది ఎవరో అందరికీ తెలుసు.
👉వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్న సమయంలో.. ఐరన్ ఓర్కి స్వర్ణయుగం. కడప, అనంతపురం జిల్లాల్లో ఉన్న గనుల నుంచి గాలి జనార్ధన్ రెడ్డి ఇష్టం వచ్చినట్లు తువ్వుకుని..వేల కోట్లు దండుకునేవారు. ఈ గనుల్లో కొన్ని కేటాయిస్తే.. కడపలో స్టీల్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ పెడతామని… వేల మంది కడప జిల్లా యువతకు అవకాశం కల్పిస్తామని కంపెనీ ముందుకు వచ్చింది. దానికి వైఎస్ ప్రాధమికంగా ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. ఆ తర్వాత ఆ కంపెనీకి అసలు లెక్క తెలియడం ప్రారంభమయింది. ఓ వైపు ప్రభుత్వం, మరో వైపు సమాంతర ప్రభుత్వం నడిపిన వైఎస్ జగన్ నుంచి.. జిందాల్ గ్రూప్నకు.. బెదిరింపులు వెళ్లాయి. ఒక్క పైసా పెట్టుబడి పెట్టం.. కానీ పదిశాతం వాటా ఇవ్వాల్సిందేనని ఆ బెదిరింపులు. లేకపోతే.. నీళ్లు, భూముల కేటాయింపుల విషయంలో చిక్కుల్లో పడతారని హెచ్చరింకలు. ఈ బాధంతా ఎందుకని.. అప్పట్లో.. జిందాల్ గుడ్ బై చెప్పేసింది.
👉ఆ తర్వాత వైఎస్ కుటుంబం.. గాలి జనార్ధన్ రెడ్డిని రంగంలోకి దించింది. అప్పనంగా సంపాదించిన వేల కోట్ల సొమ్ము ఉందని… వేల ఎకరాలు.. అప్పనంగా ఇచ్చేశారు. వారు గోడలు కట్టుకుని ఆ భూని బ్యాంకుల్లో పెట్టుకున్నారు. కానీ దొంగతనం బయపడి సీబీఐ కేసులయ్యేసరికి..అది ఆగిపోయింది. ఈ విషయాలన్నింటినీ.. తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ మీద నెట్టేసేందుకు ఏ మాత్రం వెనుకడుగు వేయలేదు పవన్ కల్యాణ్. ఎంతైనా.. ఇష్టమైనవాడు.. ఏం చేసినా.. హాయిగానే ఉంటుంది. ఇప్పుడు బీజేపీ, జగన్ పవన్ కు ఇష్టం. వాళ్లేం చేసినా హాయిగానే ఉంటుంది. టీడీపీ ఏం చేసినా కష్టంగానే ఉంటుంది.

Absolutely...Government can only do so much development. Development happens when private company/people start investing money. The problem with Agency areas is, you cant buy any land...many time not even residential land. So how can private investor goes there and do business???? My uncle was an Panchayath officer and settle down in Rajavommangi and brought a Land and constructed a home. Those days we used to worry so much that some ST guy will come and occupie the land/home.
