rinse them first..drain away the water..do it 3 times..
then soak them for 10-12 hours..use that water for cooking or drink it like ganji..it has good nutrients...

im soaking the millets for 4 hours and throwing that water away...idi tappu chestunnanaa nenu? soaked water lo impurities untai gaa...so throwing it and using fresh water to cook...kaani millets , kahayam tho laagistunna...now I need to start workouts |
