7 Years nundi vintunnadhe ... Real Estate bubble is going to burst ani ...
Of course we had seen the bubble burst in 2016 / 2017. IT is a buyer's market now in Toronto too.
Lucky are the ones who bought homes before 2014. The abnormal growth we had seen in 2015 & 2016 is what got wiped out.
