The remuneration of executive director PMS Prasad increased to Rs 10.01 crore in the year ended March as against a total salary of Rs 8.99 in the previous year. Another Executive Director Pawan Kumar also saw an increase in remuneration at Rs 4.17 crore in the year from Rs 3.47 crore a year ago

PMS Prasad was born in Guntur in Andhra pradesh, India. He was born in an upper-middle-class family. He soon joined Reliance Industries while it was being run by Dhirubhai Ambani. PMS Prasad soon became a trusted lieutenant of the Reliance senior management and was promoted to CEO by Mukesh Ambani.[3]
