in USA: Yilaanti pandemic time lo Tenant ki job pothe, he doesn't need to pay rent for 3 months to the owner. Owner can not start any eviction procedures. But, tenant can apply to the govt for a grant and can pay the rent later to the owner based on how much he got from the govt.
I just tried to explain in simple terms, but there different terms for 'grant' etc. |

so, true. Nothing is wrong what Rajini did. Court may think in a different way. The law/act might be interpreted in different ways and that's what courts are for(to give their opinion when there is a conflict). |
