No more old school 80s or 90s or upto 2000 era (Indian dogs Always dream abt USA or OTHER COUNTRIES -
OK that gen who max left india , Had a golden opportunity to go example usa and settle down was little easy way compared to now.
Back then these Indians would also have bought properties or lands in india (Due to their parents influence ) IT was easy back then because it was all cheap
NOW THEIR VALUES SHOT UP either in USA or INDIA or REST OF THE WORLD
SO THE NEW DOGS WHO ARE GOING ABROAD in last 5 years > IN YOUR LIFE U CANNOT SETTLE THAT EASILY
AS THE DOGS OF 90s or 80s or 2000 era did
NOW WHOLE WORLD COST OF LIVING SHOT UP LIKE CRAZY
SIMPLE EXAMPLE. - In 90s USA surburb home used to 250 to max 300 K USD
NOW SAME HOUSE 600k to 900k in suburb
IN 90s GAS IN USA 50cent a gallon
NOW USA premium grade almost 4$ above
IN 90s Mc Donalds used to 1$ or so now avg cost 3$ to 7$ range
ALSO in 90s or 2000 in Jubliee hills or Banjara Hills 1000sq land used to be 10 or max 12 lakhs
NOW SAME LAND in 2023 per square yard in Jubliee hills or Banjara Hills prime locations 3 lakhs to 3.5 lakh
so 1000 square yards is around 30 crores to 35 crores (HOW MANY Utensils or Bathroom cleaning you have to do in USA to buy such ? or WORK AT GAS STATION
SO U DOGS OF INDIA in ABROAD - how many hrs of your utensils washing or bathroom cleaning u have to do to AFFORD THIS ALL YOUR LIFE
