Actually the anda you cannot take literal meaning of it as cosmic egg, Even though Anda is egg, its not the cosmic egg in this contest.
Anda is a combination of Material + Life. Which is nothing but the creatures. Its not the universe. creatures are part of the Universe,
If we say each cosmic egg is one brahmanda, we dont have to say it twice saring akhilanda and brahmanda..
So we have to say here who manages entire creatures of the universe.
Then Brahmanda is the cosmic universe and we all know each Universe is managed by one brahma, koti brahmanda means unlimited universes created by unlimited Brahmas.
So the one who manages Entire creatures and entire universes ( universe is combination of creatures and everything else ) is the Nayaka
When we are part of universe, why do we say specially about creatures, because we believe he manages us along with universe so we say that specifically.
Then Rajadhi raaja, meaning we have to give superlative to whome we beleive is our king, and Yogi raaja, every one who is familiar with Saibaba, knows is king of Yoga.
Parabhrama, sachidananda sadguru are the three added as he is believed the human form of Supreme self, Who is always immersed in Sat, Chit and Ananda, his life proves that. He is Sadguru, I gave this meaning of sadguru in Guru FAQ thread..
So that sums it all up...
Acutally, Anantakoti brahmanda nayaka rajadhi raja yogi raja parabrahma satchidanada sadguru sainath makes more sense to me, but since we want to assure ourself he manages us too, we say Akhilanda koti..

This is mostly used for Lord Venkateswarsa.
For Saibaba its Ananta koti brahmanda naayaka..
Even though meaning is same, they differ a little bit in pratipadaardham..
