nee bonda thammudu nee bonda. 67kgs is very good for the height and don't put on anymore. It's very hard to get rid off it once you get older. I used to be in low 60s and now reached 70kg recently, am about the same height. I want to reduce it by 4 to 5 kg but it's not happening. Ignorance is bliss
