Rao garu, 7 years target is very much realistic. Ekkado kondallo Jonallo unna villages ki power undi undadhu...Its extremely difficult to connect them with Power grid. Mana AP lo Power leni normal places ekkada kanipinchavu....Also, I have been to some of remote areas in Agency (Manyam in Telugu) and I didn't see any village with out power.
