Thanks guys for the info,,,,but as Kalikalam bro said,,,I have the encrypted data (not the file, may be I cans ave it as a file) , I need to find out whether it is encrypted in 128 format or 256. Looks like this can't be achieved in UNIX after talking to few other experts as well.
