Don't take statins, Maa wife kee konaalu vadamani ,malla aapesindgi Doctor, yee age lo statins kanna natural gaa cholesterol taggaali anni advice ichindhi.
Morning go for 2 bread slices no butter or cheese or jam ,plain better. In between bf and lunch drink green tea if possible with no sugar.Drink 2-3.daily no problem .Lunch lo 1 cup rice dampudu ayyithe with better with more curry.Remember oil chaala takkuvaa undaali.
In between lunch and evening snack have green tea with some fruits.
Dinner go for oats only 1 cup with butter milk, also take 2-4 garlic cloves daily night.You will see the change in 3 months.Early morning I take hot water with honey and half lemon.You can try it.
