Ambedkar thought the other way. He thought the North will be developed and south will be poor. thats why he recomended hyd as second capital, so that south wont be distant from Delhi.
Any ways thanks to congress cheap politics and leaders like laloo and mulayam taking Up and Bihar so backward. Also PV policies, and regional parties helped south to develop faster. More importantly population control in south helped a lot. |
