Close to 50 ki vachinaaka fitness ante, what to focus on?? Strength/resistance workouts mida concentrate chesathe saripothundaa?? I am going to hire the personal trainer, but they sent a form in email and asked me fill and send them in advance. "what are your goals?" with this program anedi question. Not sure how to answer..
