yeah.. There is a general feeling like this. Luckily, my present manager is a Chinese guy and very nice to work with him. He got a very very strong accent in English. Sometimes, I can not even understand what he is talking about, but technically strong..

Agree to it partially. I don't agree to the inferior feeling though.
English are very proud of their country & They always feel superior & want England to be on top ( and authoritative ) no matter what.
They are against foreigners ( NRI's ) transferring wealth & Funds to their home country. That's why they are against the success of foreigners.

I too didnt have any Indian manager that I reported directly as very early within 2 years of my career start in India, I became PM..

I had reported to & worked with at least fifteen managers so far in my career and their ethnicity spanned across "Indians, Italians, Egyptians, Spanish, Mexicans, Russians, Brazilians, Portuguese, Chinese etc".
I only had problems with English Manager ( Skip Level & Direct ). He never was satisfied with whatever i do & always wanted a say in every walk of my life ( Personal & Professional ) ( Extreme Micro Management ).
I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang.

15 years of work experience here in USA and worked 13 years to report to white people. I NEVER had any bad experience. They always encouraged me whatever I want to pursue. Working 2 years for an Indian manger taught me a lesson and never worked for an Indian manager later on. Actually, I just did not agree to joing my job with Chase when I came to know that I need to report to a desi guy. Can not be generalized, but I just did not want to take the risk.

Seems like the world is still under the oppression of politicians from Britain.
You can consider yourself unlucky if you come across any English Guy in your Direct or Skip level management Chain. Fact based on personal experience multiple times. They will play every tactic in their cunning book to suppress you.

Srinivas-brilliant guy at the wrong place at the wrong time in a bar, after work last Wednesday having whiskey and cigarette when single wife of less than three years of marriage at home. Lost life by the bullet of a drunkard in an American bar. I may be totally wrong, how come a sort of just married, less than three years is just married only, on a working day, go for whiskey - a hard liquor + cigarette -, that it is understood they are doing this week after week in the same bar. We all know how, eager one goes home after work - when you are married just less than 3 years ( even today one is eager to go home after work - if there is work, even after 28years of marriage now). On top this brilliant post graduate from a university, working in a serious technology area for decades could not be saved by his Thirupati (with that 'Bramin threaded, gold crowned, all hard gold all over- to the extent to cover the Buddha, may be) 'venerable' Balaji. So the truth is Balaji is bs all fake, for the simple reason that this brilliant disciple could not be saved. I showed my butt to Trupati in 1989, literally abused just to see wtf this Balaji will do, when on a tour and watched how the ' little half head shaved, Shendi Bramin boys' selling laddos at the back for 'extra' to rich gujju who were not on queues. Hard questions - that is what we do in america. The question is ' where is this ' venkat' to save ' Srinivas' ? Sorry for the loss of this young man.. but there is lesson for the rest of United States of Andhra youths, to rethink on this Balaji business holding golds ....( don't tell it is indirectly used .. why not direct use??)
