Never Judge a book by its cover. - Unfortunately we humans are very pre judgemental based on their previous action
Venkatapuram : from day one got excited with posters and Trailer of film
STORY : FEW CLICHES ARE THERE IN THE STORY. ITS A SIMPLE STORY , BUT DUE TO SCREENPLAY AND THE TREATMENT MAKES IT A SPECIAL
Rahul - Did good job . He has shown the other side of him by shedding his Happy days image and has done Intense acting. Good JOB. he can become a handsome villain ! Rajmouli u can juice him out ! Lots of hidden talent in him.
Instead of Bringing bloody fool artificial North dogs , Bloody Telugu industry encourage Rahul
Rahul - LOVED his intensity in few scenes. In this life PK or Mahesh can never match Rahul intensity or madness of character in venkatapuram
(these two are just image oriented actors under the family shadow)
Handsome tall Rahul stylish. looking fine with his trendy Hairstyle
CAMERA : locations are good. Vizag is so beautiful Good camera work
FIGHTS : 2 fights are good and fresh & realistic (no hype) natural fights
CLIMAX : Different and curious
Overall - Different movie with different screenplay and treatment !
MUSIC : is ok and BGM is good
1st Half : few scenes are interesting but felt bored with some other scenes and of course interval bang is good. Liked Rahul confidence in lived in the character truthfully
2nd half : is different and few boring sad scenes. However overall its different and twist after twist
Special Mention : the corrupt cop role , Rahul (BOTH ACTORS DESERVE AWARDS ) what a natural acting by cop
DB : boring db members rarely we get different films in Telugu . Venkatpuram and Kesva are both different films esp if u like thrillers and crime movies
GOOD JOB : DIRECTOR (debut)
NOTE : houseful @ GVK inox
Please encourage movies intense movies like Venkatapuram and Kesava
BOLLS TO PAWAN , MAHESH - Both of did and doing some shameless so called junk movies. Both Go and watch Realistic movies like Venkatapuram and Kesava. If possible teach some sense and sensibilities to your Fans !
If u both have guts go do films with directors of Venkatapuram or kesava
BOTH ARE VERY DIFFERENT FILMS with simple story lines
due to treatment and screenplay
NOTE : DB members who like different films rather routine Telugu films. Can go and watch both movies blindly and u shall be surprised with many surprising factors in both films
Note : I could not post kesava review. because darren slept in second half because one aunty perfume beside me put me to sleep
