If you have vanguard, look for these mutual funds VWINX, VWIGX, VTIVX and VGTSX. If you don't have any go with the target date funds. If you are 30 now, your target date is 2045, may be you can go for 2050 and later change it down to 2045 or other funds as you learn more about investing. |

Every company has a 401(K) advisor. You should talk to them and let them know your goals and they can suggest the appropriate funds.
I personally have tried the Target date funds too and was happy.

I dont know abt 401K.com, but maa company vaadu, vanguard ki connection vundi, so direct ga vanguard lo register ayyanu, ma company vaadu aa account lo dabbulu vesestaadu..
Prati malupunu gelichina gurutuga.. Mailu rallapai santakaalu cheyyanaa..

there are lots of funds and iam confused to choose which one...
